BRANDON AIKEN
HEAD ATHLETIC TRAINER
Brandon Aiken is in his eighth year as head athletic trainer and 11th overall
at USC Aiken.
Aiken, a native of Sturgeon Bay, WI, joined the USCA training staff in 1997 as
a graduate assistant. He served in that capacity for three years until stepping
into the head position in 2000.
A 1997 graduate of Saint Andrews Presbyterian College in Laurinburg,
N.C., Aiken received his Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine. Aiken is
certified by the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA) and the National
Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
Aiken also served as assistant and head athletic trainer at Hitchcock Rehabilitation
Center in Aiken, S.C., for more than three years. At Hitchcock, he worked with
high school, college, and professional athletes as well as general outpatient
rehabilitation.
JENNIFER CLOUD
ASSISTANT ATHLETIC TRAINER
Jennifer Cloud is in her first year as the Assistant Athletic Trainer at USC
Aiken. She began her duties on August 1, 2007. Cloud completed her graduate studies at Louisiana Tech in May 2007.
Cloud graduated this past May with her Master of Science in Exercise and
Sports Science. As a graduate assistant, Cloud worked primarily with the
Bulldogs’ football, volleyball, tennis, and cross country teams. She also
served as an instructor for the Health and Exercise Science Department, supervised
student aides, and provided medical coverage for both soccer and baseball
camps.
A 2005 graduate of the University of Wyoming, Cloud earned her Bachelor of
Science in Athletic Training. While at Wyoming, she worked as an athletic
training student for the football, soccer, volleyball, men’s basketball,
and track and field teams.
