Title: Assistant Men's Basketball Coach

Michael Prandy is in his first season as an Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach under Head Coach Vince Alexander.

Prandy joins the USC Aiken Men’s Basketball coaching staff with over 18 years of teaching and coaching experience.

Prandy just recently moved to Aiken from Norman, Okla. where he was the Girls Basketball Head Coach at Noble High School. Prior to serving as the Head Girls Coach at Noble, Prandy spent five years as the Assistant Boys Basketball Coach at Mustang High School.

Prandy has spent most of his career at John Marshall High School in Oklahoma City, Okla. From 1994-98 he was the Assistant Boys Coach with the program going 99-10 during his time there. The 1996 John Marshall Boys Basketball team finished as state champions with a perfect 28-0 record. They concluded the year ranked 13th nationally. He was the Head Girls Basketball Coach at John Marshall from 2002-05.

Prandy graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University in 1993 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Education.

He is married to his wife of 22 years, Stephanie, who is a Seventh Grade teacher at Kennedy Middle School. The couple has three children; Mallorie (13), Chancellor (14) and Brittany (21), who is a senior at Mid-America Christian University in Oklahoma City.
