AIKEN, S.C.--On Saturday, October 15, 2005 the University of South Carolina Aiken Athletic Department will be hosting the annual sports auction. Proceeds will go to benefit the USC Aiken Athletic Scholarship Fund. The auction will take place at the Etherredge Center located on the campus of USC Aiken.

A silent auction will begin at 7 p.m. and go until 9 p.m. at which time a live auction will follow. There will be heavy hors d’oeuvres and an open bar. Items to be auctioned off include sports memorabilia, vacations packages, and various other items.
